A Squared Homes LLC is owned and operated by Joe Alerciaand AJ Stillittano. They teamed up to work together in both new construction and real estate projects in 2010. A Squared Homes specializes in an array of custom residential construction including single family, townhomes and rentals with a focus in the Raleigh and Cary areas. We are a family oriented company that has been in the new construction and rental business for over 26 years.
