A Squared Homes Warranty

We are excited that you are considering working with A Squared Homes LLC with your future home! Purchasing a new construction home can be both exciting and stressful due to the unknowns of what to expect. With every new home our staff will provide you with an in person, onsite Home Orientation that will occur prior to closing. This Home Orientation will assist you in understanding what to expect with your new home and how items properly work such as appliances, heating/air etc. Additionally, all new construction homes come with a home buyers warranty provided by A Squared Homes with 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty (HBW) as the administrator. New home owners will receive a booklet that will provide an in-depth explanation of the type of warranty provided and what the warranty covers. Homeowners will have the opportunity to make warranty requests to our Warranty Department no later than 11 months from their purchase date. 2-10HBW will work seamlessly with us and the homeowner to address warrantable items.
